We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.

7. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to paid features of our services:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our fees with reasonable notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

All prices are stated in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects will be corrected

You use our services at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SortedMate Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SortedMate Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law
